Had his initial medical training in Sri-Lanka. Subsequently he moved to Europe where he worked as a physiotherapist for many years. While in Europe, he was introduced to osteopathic techniques from Dr. Davidson who was a Harley Street orthopedic surgeon. Upon arrival in Canada, he continued his education at the University of Toronto while working as a physiotherapist. His vast experience includes rehabilitation, sports medicine, and oncology. He continued on to study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy obtaining a doctorate in osteopathic manual practice. He continues to attend local, national and international courses in osteopathy. Offices held; the vice president of the OAO (Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners), treasurer of the CFO (Canadian Federation of Osteopaths) and a member of both the AAO (American Academy of Osteopathy) and WOHO (World Osteopathic Health Organization).
Hongdu Zao

Hongdu is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner and massage therapist. His many years of specialized training and practice in TCM both in China and Canada have given him an expertise in acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Moxibustion ( using the herb mugwort for treatment), Tuina (uses mainly Swedish massage techniques), foot massage and cupping ( technique in which local suction is created on the skin to mobilize blood flow for healing). Hongdu often uses a combination of these natural TCM therapies for patients treatment.

Elyse Chan has been enjoying a career as a registered massage therapist (RMT) for the past 14 years.  Always one striving to improve, she has
recently completed the 5 year part time program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Elyse completed her thesis component required to obtain her degree.
Her  research was on the subject of the relationship that the liver has on the range of motion of the spine.
Elyse is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO) and the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO).
Elyse was not always involved in the health care field. After graduating from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, she worked
in human resources for a short period. She fortunately realized her passion lay in helping others and took what seemed to be a big risk at the time to
leave her  business career and return to school for massage. She has not looked back since.
Elyse encourages her clients to obtain their optimal health and strives to do this herself by healthy cooking and baking, exercising and enjoying her
family and friends. She does a little of everything (runs, does interval workouts, snow shoes, cross country skis, kickboxing) and Elyse
has her black belt in Shotokan karate. She volunteers as an assistant instructor at a local dojo.
Susan Vasarhelyi

Susan Vasarhelyi’s initial interest in health care started in 2001, when she became a certified personal trainer (C.P.I.N.). Susan then wanted to further her knowledge and attended Kikkawa College, where she graduated and became a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.). Susan worked in Australia for one year as an R.M.T., specializing in sports massage. Susan is currently continuing her education in Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

Trevor Da Silva

Having completed an Honours Science degree (BSc.) at the University of Toronto, additional post-graduate diplomas/courses in the field of Orthotics, and successfully passing his certification exam, Trevor has been a certified orthotist since 1994. Orthotists are health care providers who specialize in the development and application of bracing devices to assist people with their physical disabilities, musculoskeletal injuries or improvement of overall function, and he strongly believe that foot orthotics should be used in conjuction with therapy (osteopathy).
They should not be used as a quick fix without addressing the underlying issues (biomechanics etc.) Many orthotists provide valuable expertise in the manufacturing and fitting of orthotics, knee braces, spinal braces etc. to ensure that patients function optimally. Trevor’s area of specialization has been with musculoskeletal disorders in both children and adults. His interest continues to be sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Trevor has over 15 years of experience and has spearheaded many initiatives to improve the field of orthotics through education, research and scholarship (publications). Having extensive hospital experience has proven valuable clinically, as the lens of care is across the continuum of recovery – ultimately assisting people has they heal.
Trevor has also been the track coach for The Etobicoke Track Club for the past 12 years – specializing in form and biomechanical movement (athletes from 5-18 years of age) 
- track coach for para athletes (wheel chair athletes etc.)
- discuss nutrition and specific exercies to strengthen certain muscle groups for track, soccer and football
Palma Cicco

Palma Cicco graduated from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto. The only ACHENA Accredited Homeopathic College in Canada. Palma’s further credentials include a diploma in Early Childhood Education. She taught various age groups (from 12 months to 10 years old) and developmental stages for 8 years. In addition, Palma received education in the dental field where she earned a diploma as a Certified Dental Assistant and has practiced over 20 years.
